OUR STAFF
	MICHELLE LOCEY is the Managing Member of the firm. She has a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Wichita State University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). She has over 25 years of public accounting, five of which were spent with a Big Four Accounting Firm. Her experience includes a variety of businesses and industries, including housing. Michelle volunteers actively at The Ronald McDonald House and with Junior Achievement. She also serves as a Board Member in the Butler County Junior Achievement Board and continues to serve many not-for-profits and PTO’s as well. Her interests include traveling and volunteer work.
	LISA CECIL is the Senior Audit Manager. She has a Bachelor’s degree from Wright State University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). She has over 20 years of experience, including working at the Dayton, Ohio and Phoenix, AZ offices of Delloitte and Touche. She also has two years of international experience having worked as a controller in Germany. Lisa specializes in audits of not-for-profit organizations. She is the mother of three boys and enjoys baseball, skiing and hiking.
	TERRI MAHER is an Audit Manager. She has a B.S. in Accounting from Georgetown College and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Her previous work experience includes auditing for the Kentucky Revenue Cabinet, and Ashland Oil. Her interests include reading and music and she is an active volunteer at her school district and church.
	COLLEEN SWANSON is an Accounting Associate. She has a Bachelor’s in Finance from Northern Kentucky University. She is currently working on getting her MBA in Accounting from Indiana Wesleyan University and is planning to sit for her CPA certification exam. She was an Audit Manager at an investment firm prior to joining Waite, Locey & Associates. Colleen’s interests include hiking and camping. She volunteers at the Welcome House on a regular basis.
	SHOBHA IYER is our Business Development Manager. She has a MBA in Finance and a Certification in Project Management, from Xavier University, Cincinnati. She was a consultant with Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center before joining the firm. Shobha volunteers at the Ronald McDonald House and Junior Achievement and serves on the Critical Action Committee in the Wyoming School District. Her interests include reading and traveling.
